It's so relaxed to not carry Cash. People Abroad in Developed country hardly carry Cash. They Prefer Card Payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc since decades.
If we are still using Cash for small to big payments that means it's a long way to declare as a DEVELOPED Country.
Finance ministry and RBI must rise to the occasion and tackle present shortage of currency. NPA in banking sector should be fully discussed disclosed and resolved. Present state of affairs will hurt the national economy and BJP.

it is an attempt to destabilize the election in the states .. probably by BJP itself as it had done during UP elections ... anyway, BJP would form the government in Karnataka even if it does not win (after buying the required number or by manipulating Election-Vinning-Machines - EVMs)
