It is really annoying to see the bank loot is taking place openly and no govt action.Instead of punishing this kochar lady,ICICI was about to reward this woman.It is very confusing to see why no rich but guilty never gets punished.One gets loan if you go in the best of the cars,eine and dine in 5 star hotels while real innivative engineer s not given any loan for a given product only because that engineer comes in an old two wheeler.This country will never improve.
This is the typical Marwari brotherhood plus sweetheart deal, however much one would like to browbeat others. In the same way Rajat Gupta was guilty !
Really, wouldn't Mrs Kochhar wouldn't have known about Mr Kochhar's energy business? She couldn't have warned him to keep the distance from the now highly suspect Dhoot dealings?
She has to leave the office on moral grounds, investors worry more about preserving their investments than paying to maintain her reputation. She had a job, paid well for it and now has to leave.
The sarkari babus and the pseudo sarkaris like ICICI and HDFC think they are entitled to keep their jobs.
Years ago, one wondered why Mr Kamath was chosen to settle the differences between the fighting Ambani brothers. Even if ICICI had lent money to the enterprise, his job was to secure the bank's business, not the family interests !
Will SEBI, Government or anyone move on this expect letting loose its proverbial Tom after the Jerry? Indians not just love chai but like to chew-tea

S Murlidharan seem to know nothing about the deal is just writing nonsense to do Chanda Kochar a favour by writing good about her. Only an idiot can believe that Chanda Kochar was not aware of this deal where her bank gave loan to Dhoot out of which part benefits received by her husband and his company. The board of Directors and specially ex MD Vaghul and Kamathshould ask Chanda Kochar to step down from her position so as to not to influence any investigation.

If what you say is true,the,why she sticks to the post.why has she not rendered her resignation immediately? Why is she avoiding media? There are many questions to be answered. She is definitely involved and needs to be punished.after all its depositors money.she is accountable and answerable.she is agreed,tactful and a blog on the name of women.she should be arrested and put behind bars.all her accounts and property to be freezed and attached.

There is substance in what you say.Why to raise issue of gender.Whoever she or he may be if found guilty should be punished.She has tendered resignation this may show that something wrong has been done by her.Nobody should say that she is not guilty before enquiry is complete
There is word circumstantial evidence in world of crime and law that should be well respected then only law will be able to give judge ment correctly and timely.
Here she is culprit by all means...
3500 crore gone from her bank that too her relatives and known people.
