All media friendsA and bollywood freinds of chanda kochar will now rally behind her and portray her as innocent...Every Board member and kMPs must provide a self declaration of any conflict of interest and list of transactions with related parties as per SEBI and companies Act mandates.. If she has declared this , there is no malafide intention. if she has not, then it is a serious Corporate govern ace failure. The issue is she has not declared this unholy nexus.. So the Board is defending something indefensible. Had this been done by anyone else in mid or lower management, the HR and entire system would have pronounced that guy as perpetrator and sacked .. why so much of hypocrisy ? Why the guys who propagate Corporate governance and win fancy awards in the name of fair practices lead by example..
