Why should non-bailable warrant be issued against Nirav Modi, Choksi etc. Atleast they have not killed anybody. If Salman can get bail and be scot free from punishment then Indian Govt or Law have no credibility to catch Nirav Modi. In fact Nirav Modi has to be given award to have exposed the loopholes of Indian Banking system. Hope Indian Govt. or law never gets hold of Nirav Modi, Choksi etc. or they are not able to produce any evidence against them in court.
Wonderful progress is being made in this case. There is every possibility that all money stolen will be recovered. However there is one point. Hundreds of unwashed underwear of Mama-Bhanja have been traced. All imported from Switzerland. However they are not being seized due to pressure from vested interest groups. These langotis should be seized immediately. This will be a big step towards solving the case.
Good but why their business is closed, why govt. could not appoint an Administrator so as to save the employment of thousands of people, and also continue to get GST and other taxes.
