Ex.Prez.H.Ansari quoted Credit Suisse in Lucknow 2 yrs.back to tell that” while the top 10 percent controlled about 74 percent of it, the poorest 30 percent, meanwhile, had just 1.4 percent of the total wealth.” The investment cycle has to turn," he adds”.Why the investment cycle has not turned on from those holding 74% of nation’s wealth in the past 30yrs.If those enjoying loans in the range of Rs.44000 from the banks(ie tax Payers money) can not generate wealth for reinvesting would the poor Tax payer do that? Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity is also healthy",but the NATION IS NOT HEALTHY and is essentially SICK with India having half of the per capita income of SriLanka (Quora) and half the per capita income of Indonesia in 2012 itself and with China having surged ahead with 4 times the gross Domestic Product of India .India enjoys the loot of the nation by the Rich to have Great Domestic Poverty.R.PONNAMBALAM

We have also got more established, there are more products, and a great team of bankers."The country wants,needs a great team of Bankers.Next door, in Bangladesh micro loan was making news, getting macro Nobel Prize and the constitution declared socialist country was giving bank loan of Rs.55000 crores to get called NPA?What is that NPA of Banks:the loan of national currency given as loan.Has that loan of National currency ever had failed to get equal worth How is that that is NPA OF BANKS.National currency becoming Non performing because it was given as loan!Why our country with GREAT BANKERS CALLED UNRECOVERED BANK LOAN GIVEN IN NATIONAL CURRENCY AS NON PERFORMING?

The very problem of today's work culture is that people do not enjoy coming to job and this has happened mainly due to the corporate culture seeped in our working environment as well competition, due to which instead of working for the Company, people are working and focussed and concentrated only on their individual growth and money. Though the Management may say otherwise, team work is something which is totally lacking everywhere. And every Education and Management is keen and interested only in creating leaders and supervisors rather than quality workers or employees. No wonder every Company today suffers and stumbles after few years of good performance. Well, naturally though the salary of people have increased manifold, the frustration has also increased and happiness level on working is reduced. Even the basic culture of employees smiling and wishing each other which gives a sense of oneness is missing. HR today is total failure because though they were the people who were considered to be bridge between Management and employees and are ideally responsible to maintain work culture, welfare of employees, inspire employees to come to office are totally tilted towards business angle. All the real facts and core issues are hidden in the marketing of small celebrations like parties, outing etc.

Lip Service everywhere.Let us come out of places like air conditioned rooms where people would say they swet.Let us see how we treat a construction worker;how we take care of safety.Do we provide safety gadgets.OK, Small Contractors do not have necessary tolls and so they manage with stop bap ones.But the companies who give contract can have proper tools and tackles to ensure safety and give that on Chargeable basis.Is it being done.NO.There are Govt. agencies et all.We are the great lot talk of karma and amass 74% wealth for 10% people and that karma won't hurt us.R.Ponnambalam

What matters is the culture and the atmosphere of the workplace, and whether employees get treated fairly.

but employers,HR ,supervisors ,managers r least bothered abt it today.the only thing they do is show arrogance,do favouritism and create a negative environment, devils workshop.employees get treated fairly--is a joke

Maximum remain irritated particularly in govt. deptts. as their services are secured upto retirement, whereas in private sector, employees do not have time to think about enjoy or get irritated. They only work.
