if you get a bad product- and you complain in court YOU ARE AGAIN FOOLING YOURSELF because the advocates and judges are sitting to ensure that you keep on fighting your case and paying them fees and judge salaries .after all they want some employment - if court cases are resolved in few days - how will these people earn salaries .AT THE END one thinks it is better to have out of court settlement .
