D and M pronounces that Reliance indeed illegally extracted 9 billion cubic metres of gas (worth Rs 9000 crores) from ONGCs field by drilling numerous wells very close to the block borders !
The Modi govt then accepts Ambanis plea for arbitration and appoints a committee to look into the argument of Reliance that they were not aware that they were extracting gas belonging to ONGC !!
This arbitration has been going on for 2 years now !
In the meanwhile, the Modi govt quietly allows Reliance to sell gas at 4.2 USD per MMBTU to state power utilities when the prevailing world gas prices ranged from 2.2 to 2.8 USD (reported by the CAG but treated with a lukewarm approach by the mainstream media owing to low TRP potential) !
The windfall profit for RIL from selling gas at such a high rate to state power utilities is estimated to have crossed Rs 8000 crores already !

Its true that Ambani Stolen common man resources and make him wealth , it is know GSPL which raised and recived loan from different public sector bank when Modi was gujju CM , did not produce 0.1million cubic feet of gas from GSPL field , the interest itself to banks run to 1800 cr . which was take over by ONGC and hence Pradhan rewarded druing recent shuffling , modi converting public enterprises in to private Ownership to Ambani.
