It seems ITC is not serious about FMCG or has not understood the competition.It's agarbattis have been taken off the shelf of a big retail chain stores and it's competitor's fruit juice has attractive offers not matched by ITC. A mail sent regarding this did not yield any response.
Profit from non cigarette business is abnormally low and the sustainability as an independent business is really a question mark without the help of ITD.
