Best of Luck Mr.Bajwa for more feathers to your throne
by Arupratan Bagchi on Sep 08, 2017 03:52 PM

Mr.Bajwa, May be you are getting accolades but your Kolkata branch has become a Center of Excellence in Politics and also ahead of others to victimize those who do not want to sail in the same steamer. I for example failed to go back to onsite after coming from there due to my father's severe condition but i was compelled to say Good Bye to the premier group making my rehire flag setting to no. But fortunately that failed stop my bread and butter, and now stake holder of a US based company as Head of a Practice. But the fact of the matter is that my internal eco system still await for a call from IBM . This is what you do not know from your level. After that you are claiming that you have the mutated the genetics of Transformation of IBM India,. I am sorry to say with great humbleness that you are surrounded by wrong falls telling person. So Best of Luck to get rid of them.

You cannot transform IBM India unless
by chakr on Sep 08, 2017 01:17 PM

You cannot transform IBM India unless try to find a solution for the following:
1. Community driven and group driven practices where managers work to convert team after team and BU after BU into a community driven enterprise.
2. Promotions in to managerial roles based on longevity in a team or account and promotions based on ethnic affiliations.
3. There are managers who rig performance ratings to support career interests of their natural allies.
4. There are managers who rig onshore opportunities to place their natural allies at onsite for a longer time in order to them to earn money that is enough to buy a 2BHK flat in Bangalore.
In otherwords, no one can transform IBM India unless they neck out IT illiterates from managerial positions.

Sir, There are no specialists left with IBM
by chakr on Sep 08, 2017 01:12 PM  | Hide replies

Sir, There are no specialists left with IBM. Do you guys really think specialists and experienced people really work for peanuts? The only people who remained with IBM India are IT illiterates and marketing executives. IBM Bangalore is converted into a community driven enterprise. In IBM Bangalore, if you belongs to one of those 2 self centered communities from south India, then your career interests are taken care off. I can suggest a simple thing for people to understand things better. There is a community which cannot even produce 2% of IITians. You can find out how many people from this community are in managerial roles in IBM Bangalore. Most of them got into managerial roles in last 5 years.
