FM/PM has never gave any relief to people from taxes, always in some way or other, tax engineering is done, Note ban as well as GST is also one of them, basic issue to increase the revenue not service, as whatever is increased is drained out in paying salary, perqs. and retiral(pension) to politician and govt. servants. Govt. remains where it was. Modi wants to control black money, but not interested to control the official loot by these two class to avoid conflict with this organised sector.
