It is true. I am also a victim of the same. My Bank loan was started at 7.75% interest which increased to 13.50% gradually. But when the interests were reduced by the RBI, the Bank refused to reduce the rates. Where should we complaint regarding the huge loss that I am facing due to the monopolistic attitude of the Bank

I am SBI home loan borrower. I have opted for floating rates. When the interest rates came down; I didn\'t found any changes in my interest rates. When I approached Bank Manager, I was informed about processing fee for rate change. I really could not understand that when I have opted for floating rates why should I pay processing fee? Its a big loot.... RBI needs to approach and take corrective measures.
