No side can shirk responsibilty.ONE MUST BE GOOD AND MUST BE SEEN TO BE GOOD even to get the work done by subordinates at any level. That counts everywhere.ALAS! INDIA !!

Companies first desgined the Printing M/cs, Injection Moulding M/cs , Extruder Lines, Circular Loom,Carding M/c .Card Room Accessories, Ring Frame, Heavy duty trucks, Earth Moving equipments etc and manufactured them that they are in use today in India .All were to foreign design and collaboration. If India had done it in the early years of Industrialization and if it talks of contractual clarity , cultural gap etc today it shows some other gap and gape on our side.We find faults and excuses;not the way to develop.R.PONNAMBALAM
