So what does this mean? Anyone in India can become a builder, run away with people's money or perennially delay projects and literally face no action. This means the individual and family will face double whammy one from criminal builder bank nexus and also the bank by attaching incomplete properties under SARFAESI ACT and eroding credit worthiness & future jobs by wrongly reporting to a uni-directional CIBIL where only banks can report and people cannot report about banks behaviour and impact of their ill gotten nexus. Better to STOP buying houses and build one yourself from your own personal kitty even if it takes few decades, however small a house you can build from your personal kitty over the years. There is no one to make builder and bank lobby accountable. The bank managers also get their share from builders for sanctioning housing loans in favor of erring builders. Individuals and families suffer endlessly for decades, if not lifetime.
