Taxes collected fr 97% pvt workers paid to 3% GovtMaadharChodhs

Do you justify high salaries to GovtMaadharChodhs?

Nowadays a peon or junior asst in gov gets Rs 30,000, a gov lecturer gets Rs 1.5lak, a teacher 50K. Modi gov claims they are collect lot of taxes nowadays thru GST, income tax, etc. What all these collections for? To pay salaries to GovtMaadharChodhs?

I appreciate, Modi's initiatives on several fronts, but he is unable check the salaries of GovtMaadharChodhs.

Recently, govt has been claiming that they could increase the tax inflows by 100%, but what is the use of those tax inflows into the govt coffers. That money will be used at the end to pay salaries to GovtMaadharChodhs.

Gov officials are laggards who do little work, they work hard only when there is scope for corruption, otherwise eat paan and spit on the walls, play cards for 2 hrs when lunch time is only 1 hr.

Only defense people should be paid high salaries, and salaries of all the GovtMaadharChodhs should be reduced.

Govt is collecting taxes from the 97% hardworking people in the pvt sector, to pay exorbitantly high salaries to 3% GovtMaadharChodhs.

In pvt companies, corruption is only at the top, 97% employees have to work hard, but in govt companies 99% are corrupt and / or laggard fellows.

Govt should stop revising the salaries of the govt employees in future and divert that excess money for improving primary education, family planning incentives, and spreading English language among poor.

What ethics will do when corrupt Govt. servants exist to help thieves electricity, taxes and other issues. At small scale level, there is imperfect competition.

High Pretention with unethical practices
by R ponnabalam on Oct 08, 2017 10:20 AM

" Unethical practices is in our blood" as said in the discussion by Mr.N.S.also should add HIGH PRETENTION also .It is at every level.Good jobs do not get support because the poverty makes many people depend on the wrong people.Without exception everything is BADLY DONE by us in INDIA."Ethics goes beyond compliance" VERY WELL SAID .This compliance must extend to Labour Force also.It is the "REFUSAL WORK ,IT IS NOT MY JOB"authority by workmen with active trade union support that brought the down fall of G.O.I.Public Enterprises.First take the GOVT. Offices to task.Nobody gives acknowledgement of complaints. This works to defeat R.T.I.Act FINE MUST BE IMPOSED FOR SUCH LAPSES.Managing infrastructure projects with Relatives ,family members etc.should stopped by Govt. There is big money in it.The company Secretary should question companies if they remove anybody's share with out express permission of the court with the names pecifically mentioned.SEBI should ensure that all public Ltd. companies really hold annual general Body meetings.R.PONNAMBALAM

Corruption at dangerous level in private sector
by vivek bansal on Oct 07, 2017 02:12 PM  | Hide replies

I am closely associated with textile mills, engineering
units -supplying spares and other material handling
item and would like to inform that corruption is rampant in most of the so called reputed mills, purchase & technical executive avoid meeting
new vendors and entertain only with whom they have
settings.Management know it but so called MBAs avoid
belling the cats and they themselves want to have
some portion in this ugly and unethical game.

Central govt. move to bring private sector under ambit of anti-corruption law is desireable and must be
done fast. All they use public money( get loans from
bank) so have total accountablity for honesty, transparency.
