If teaching in a Govt School or University is going to be viewed as just another Govt job we will fail our future citizens irrespective of whether our rulers are left or right or centre.
Actually young age is wasted here, govt. is not retiring dead woods working with them, barring few technical positions, govt. must retire all general staff cadre at each 5 years time, like short service commission, till we can provide employment to everyone. But govt. is afraid of its organised unions and service conditions of the Babus, who has taken everyone at ransom. Biggest is DA linked pension-eating huge tax payers money.
