Biggest problem is congress is too weak.They do not fight with tooth and nail spirit.Approach is too soft and fighting as if they have decided to sse that BJP win.NO SPIRIT IN CONGRESS and BJP IS FAVORED.ANY ONE CAN WIN AGAINST SUCH USELESS OPPOSITION.THEY ARE HAPPIEST IF BJP WINS
Media was saying BJP will be defeated in Gujarat and these polls will be a referendum on Modi's functioning. Now they say by how many seats BJP wins will be the referendum. They know they r defeated and so r spewing venom.
Why govt. servants are guaranteed job upto the age of retirement, after the age of 45 every employee at lower levels must be reviewed and retired early if found not performing, or suspected corrupt or have no scope to grow. Why a liability be taken up when endless youths are available to work. Govt. at present is wasting India being young and is not taking correction at its own end. Charity begins with home, first improve your own house.

Infact there is serious need of political reforms, its known fact hat most MP/MLAs are big time MC and don't work at all..why people are suppose to bear them for 5 years at the cost of taxpayers money ? Govt. servants can;t alone be held responsible for their in effectiveness as it may be culture, environment and Job satisfaction..
