Everything cannot given to private player Government must have control on everything as major player in everything for not getting exploit by Private player should be Government agenda. Government cannot control everything by rule & regulation, policy need to give competition to private player to implement government policy in any sector. For competition Private Player should be encourage but major player should be government where security, Public interest involve. In anything government monopoly can be tolerate but private monopoly is risky in people interest should not be encourage in any sector to control anything by Government. There are many sector where private sector cannot be involve or outsource is risk for the nation only government can be involve. In Every sector Private Player cannot be allowed. In some sector only government can be allowed.
