IT sector and the Indian crowd working there is the worst that I have seen anywhere. Emotional intelligence is very low. People surviving there mainly on the basis of internal politics which is further based on region, educational background, financial and family background. PIP is a joke and anybody who is not a part of the internal politics is put on a PIP and fired. The workers have to be fired because the world is moving ahead and most of them are not used to working hard, working smart or being polite and courtious
no company will ever give PIP for 9 months! In fact PIP will be given only for 4 weeks in most of the organization. They set the PIP objectives in such a way that 95% employees cannot achieve. They are just firing tools by companies. In fact most companies do not follow PIP at all.
