All political parties must be having scores of corrupt guys in their fold , be it Congress , BJP , AAP, CPM , JD etc etc and it shall be good for Nation if the first search warrants are issued to all such political leaders to start with . Let there be no exception , even BJP guys must be hauled up if National interest is at heart of the Income Department otherwise like CBI , IT felt can be a tool to arm twist only non-BJP guys . Hope such exceptions shall not happen at all and soon we should have news of at least first hundred political leaders and their stooges under scanner . normal citizens are very patriotic guys generally and therefore they can be left to be scanned later . Guys who have big farms , fleet of cars , dozens of houses , jewellery by kilograms , children studying in the best schools abroad etc etc can be the criteria for such Benami Money or asserts . Once politicians become honest complete administrative hierarchy becomes alert and takes a cue to become honest.otherwise corrupt feel what morale authority top got to preach sermons when they themselves are the real culprits on large scale ( alas sasikala amassing thousands of crores in the name of jaya).once benami act comes alive,the vigilance& CBI should be posted with persons of high integrity& established credentials to prevent misuse of it

Also regular watch kept by Govt them vigilance cell on all Depots notorious forcorruption like RTO,Property registration,Revenue,Excise,salesTaxmMuncipal/Corporation authorities,PWD,Police to cite few for illustration also secretariat and licencing authorities employees become alert.Also online complaint facility for public to complain with their full address& contact number should be made available,

There are regular complaints that police many times refuse to register FIR,and act in connivance with the accused by not serving summons in criminal cases and also not arresting accused criminals in Cheque bounce cases under Section 138 NIA,despite courts Non BailableArrestWarrants by simply reporting"Accused not available at address mentioned.Whereabouts not known" etc and returning warrant to the court without making any effort to trace him out whereas accused publicly moves to do his real estate business frelly visiting his constn sites/panchayat/muncilal offices etc.when it is happening to Judicial court orders for months together even after sendind Arrest warrants 3 to 4 times then what justice normal public get from L&O depots.Even MLAs/MPs/Top authorities keep mum on such kind of contempt of court orders by police who are not serious enough unless it is a murder or rape case and public commotion& media pressure is there

Govt should also crack down on brokers, who advance for a property and resell to another party, pocketing (the often huge) difference entirely in black money. These brokers do not come in the picture for registration, so auditing registrations will not net them.
One family one house is the thumb rule of Modi Government. Either Benami houses should be handed over to Government or the culprit should be sent tp behind the Bar. Still there are so many jails are lying vacant.
BJP should not leave a single pai in govt. treasure by General election to invest in infrastructure, water management, reforestation with fruits/Ayurveda plants.Congress if comes to power in next election should not get money generated by NDA government.
