A small entrepreneur who wishes to set up his business, has to run from pillar to post and offer bribes to get necessary permits, sanctions and licences. First remove the criminals & MCs like Yadavs, Gujjars, Ahirs, Jats, Patels, etc from OBC list and then reduce OBC reservations to 20% and only the Most Backwards Classes (MBCs) should get reservations.
