IT jobs are lucrative but face lay offs for three reasons: Technological changes, political changes and Global situations (like after 9/11) etc.India is basically a service provider (not originator) to other countries and India is depending on the health of originators for such jobs...

Retirement at 50

Everyone should retire at the age of 50. Everone means everyone, politician, director in every profession. And everyone should be provided with basic facilities like social security, Home for all, Water all basic necessities of free of cost.

Is Govt job is the only "employment". One private businessman not only employs himself but he also employs many others. We have to change our thinking.

Pitiable, one can see for one position of peon or clerk in govt. thousands apply. Why as everyone feels insecured except govt. sector.
Early retirement of all at class III and IV position on army pattern is the answer so that every young man gets a job and serve the nation instead of carrying all dead woods. This will reduce corruption as well as bring new technological upgradation.

Keep easy dear, we want all perqs. of govt. servants at par with common private sector job not like Maharaja. It is tax payers money, we feel punch of it, Modi is worried for small small taxes, but took Rs.1 lac crore impact of wage revision OROP 10 lacs core decision. From where from tax payers.
We do not want to pay taxes for such unproductive work.
