With the computerisation and software, the work load on the bank emoyee has certainly down drastically and hence the cost of banking has to come down. The clumsiness of bank docummentation needs to come down and with central monitoring the physical space between the bank and the customer has become irrelevant.Hence lower number of bank staff and reduced number of branches only represent an organic ,and justified growth in this sector

With so many illiterates and the zero skill literates around bank employees still needed to explain things. Look around in bank where self service pass book printer, token issuing machine exist. Many people not aware of rules and regulations. They simply fight with the bank employees. ATM usage is still less in semi urban and village areas. Need more technological interventions and literacy about use of technologies to make this a success.

Zero Skill Literate: No literate knows every thing in every field - some may know certain basic things in other field. Even a retired banker or a person working in Admn dept in banking may not know many banking practice of present days, as every day it is being changed for good and further banking depends on country's day to day economic policies as well as the world
