These are all talked about NRI , what about an Indian holding an Overseas Citizens of India life long visa on his foreign passport along with OCI card issued by MEA ? Same rules are applicable ?
Cannot understand why all Indian professionals be aspiring to settle in the West. They too should be mentally prepared to return after completion of task/work/project if needed no more there. They must work and try SHINE to make India greater despite the SHACKLES of Caste reservations as being suffered by the co-GENERALS for past 67 years
The changing trend of protectionism all over the world is really very serious in general also but for those who are already in abroad and are planning to go abroad. Accordingly these people who have the last option left with them to come back to India have to be well prepared mentally, socially and financially. They should try to save their assets for bad times waiting for them back in the country where unemployment and cost of living have already achieved alarming situation.

also NRIs shall be aware of people like radha where every opportunity is used to fuel religious hatred , which was unheard off in india earlier.
