Time for breaking ‘Indian Science Mafia’ for brain
by Dinesh Kumar Baradwaja on May 06, 2017 10:01 PM

The development of science in India is remarkable in spite of Brain Drain. The credit goes to those scientists who have demonstrated their skills and commitment in spite of nepotism, partiality, by nominated ‘self styled scientists as Directors/ Vice chancellors etc., Brain Drain and Brain Gain in India is possible if the existing ‘Science Mafia’ consisting of superannuated and 65 years of above age scientists are discharged from the current positions. If no action is taken the rotten system will be beyond revival.

Its Myth, how reality lies on other side they are more interested to settle outside if they get an opportunity to live & enjoy a better life despite of other challenges. Glorious period of life between 24 - 40 yrs of age are like a freedom from all and nobody would prefer to just go like. Globalization has cut the boundaries and people would like to fly and meet and explore diverse culture and places.
