BANKS ARE IDIOTS
by Pratik Shah on Jul 08, 2017 11:02 PM

THEY PAY LOANS TO NRI BY ONLY CHECKING THEIR PASSPORT. "OKAY YOU ARE NRI, SO YOU SHOULD BE A RICH PERSON" HERE IS YOUR LOAN AMOUNT.

WHILE THEY GIVE A VERY HARD TIME TO LOCAL INDIAN CITIZENS WHO ARE EARNING EVEN BETTER THAN NRIS.

BANKS DO NOT DESERVE THEIR MONEY BACK, AS IT IS THEIR FAULT TO GIVE SO MUCH MONEY AS LOANS TO THIS BUSINESSMENS.

Loan Recovery.
by Srinivas Konuri on May 04, 2017 12:55 PM

It is in everybody's interest, in particular, the people who are invested in the lending agencies to bring this matter to a swift resolution.

Personal agendas and petty squabbling should be kept at bay. A focussed, sensible, practical, and most of all a PROFESSIONAL approach is necessary. This and this alone, if at all, will bring about an optimally beneficial solution for all the stakeholders and closure to this potentially endless saga.

Recovery of Loans& confiscating property of proved corrupt
by SAMUEL FERNANDES on May 04, 2017 07:18 AM  | Hide replies

Govt/ Supreme court should have the discretionary powers to be used in proven cases of deliberately avoiding repayment of loans of PSU banks and properties worth of more than double of their known income by politicians and top bureaucracy( where only you find corruption in crores beyond their worth) to be confiscated to the Govt.Corruption& default of loans in majority cases is politically connected only.

Loan recovery.
by Srinivas Konuri on May 03, 2017 02:33 PM  | Hide replies

The objective is to recover the loans taken by Vijay Mallya.

As much of these dues have to be recovered and as soon as possible.

This is what really matters to the people who have a stake in the companies and banks owed to by Vijay Mallya.

Steps are to be taken that are necessary and sufficient for the realization of THIS AND ONLY THIS objective i.e. recovery of loans.

Extradition is not the ultimate objective and certainly insulting and humiliating Vijay Mallya is not and should not be the objective.

The loan has to be recovered. This is what is important. No future credit can be given. But humiliating the defaulters has no role in all of this. Defaulting on loans might lead to losing social status or position but this is not part of the role or responsibilities of lending agencies or government bodies.

Sensible and practical approach to loan recovery.
by Srinivas Konuri on May 03, 2017 01:46 PM

Let the agencies concentrate on recovering the loans he has taken so that people who have a stake do not lose out. This should be the real objective.

The agencies should try to recover as much and as soon as possible, the loans taken by Vijay Mallya. This is what really matters. Steps necessary in this direction should be taken.

Extradition is not really the ultimate objective and certainly humiliating and insulting Vijay Mallya is not and should not be the objective.

by arungopal agarwal on May 03, 2017 10:59 AM

Long overdue, who will bring it, one can see at lower courts-system is corrupt from top to bottom, daily Peshkar or Reader takes bribe under the nose of a judge. Country needs urgently political, service condition of govt.employees and judicial reforms to suit today requirement.
Appears even Modi is not dare enough to bring speed in it.
