Ratan wanted a Rubber-Stamp chairman while doing back seat driving. This is how things operate in India. I am personally aware of few more well known companies where this remote control is operational. Remember Sonia-MMS alliance?? This is how it works in this country. Very sad. We do not allow good leaders to grow.It happens in political parties[RaGa controlling things !!] to corporate offices where people even do not know how to select a chairman for 100 billion dollars company and realize after 4 years that they have done a mistake !!
