NPA s of Govt banks are more simply because Bank authorities to please Political bigwigs grant loans without doing proper scrutiny of their credence and companies true health unlike Pvt banks naturally resulting into bad debts.While keeping politicians happy,some black sheep among bank staff too for personal gains grants loans to their friends(companies) on same grounds thereby further raising the NPAs.unless accountability&responsibility fixed ,this illness can't be cured
