Excellent.same way SEBI should take action against all those Fly by night operators of 80s& 90s who in collusion with concerned IPO approval authorities duped thousand of crores and disappeared whose companies not existing/namesake existing and distribute to shareholders

Many companies like Amrut industries/All season food ltd/Many Aqua companies deliberately drained out funds and duped investors in secured /unsecured debentures/shares.Shareholders would be grateful to SEBI if it could help recovering from these companies including Global trust bank as many are laid with thousands of its shares
