In India problem with companies& stock market is lack of honesty on the part of 80% companies and all connected with stock market down levels be it stock advisors, brokers, sub brokers, agents& franchises too.Everybody bothers about money making for self and none bothers/cares for small investors& rural investors.Even Govts consideration is also how to collect more revenue from stock market traders/investors least bothering as to how to tap the 80% rural investors who couldn't care to enter equity market for fear of cheating by sub brokers/agents/franchises in the form of high brokerages and discouragement of small investors ,in othrwords they are at the mercy of brokers and even buyback offers also small investors are forgoing due to the cumbersome procedure through stock market SPL window introduced by govt in order to collect STT( previously small investors could directly offer to companies and receive amount immdtly).Once govt/stock exchanges/SEBI/Companies give thought to these lacunae Indian markets future wld be very rosy

Once companies care for the shareholders by sharing their profits and wealth through fat dividends, bonuses, rights, and buy back naturally investors flock stock market to invest money in equity shares with confidence as at any time equity shares of good companies certainly gives better returns than any other investment that too tax free if you hold for longterm.
