IT workers union: 'We will never go on strike'
by susarla suryaprakasam on Aug 11, 2017 09:43 AM

Thanks, this is the end of IT & ITES services in India. An intellectual sector based on high intelligent quotient supposedly, transformed in to mass employment scheme with little inventions and innovations and as body-shopper with average, going to US and other mass employment centres for cheap labour now being denied entry, causing disruption in India, where they opened IITs and IIMs at everry street corner lowering IQs; and this has caused fears of mass retrenchment (yet to initiate). Is this a job of brain or brawn for unionism like in below average mass employment like in Railways, Central and State Governments' employment? Think, you idiots. Then what will they pay, 1/10th of present take-home?

The present format of OBC reservations are empowering criminals !
by NEO HITLER on Jun 24, 2017 11:46 AM

The present format of OBC reservations are empowering criminals !!

1 OBC YadavMadarChodh gov employee cheated me 1 lac. I am practicing witchcraft so that he, his wwife, 2 sons and 1 daughter may die in accidents or some other freak incidents. Yadav criminals must be removed from the OBC list.

Yadav criminals, Jat criminals, Ahir criminals, Gujjar criminals, Patel criminals, etc are not real OBCs. You ask them: they claim they are Kshatriyas. That is why they have surnames Singh, Chaudhury, etc. They are real criminals.

Recently, I saw a 30YearOld JatMaadharChodh kickking and thrashing a 55YearOld gentlemen over a petty argument whereas the mistake was on the part of JatMaadharChodh.

JatMaadharChodhs destroyed Rs 25000 crores property while agitating for OBC reservations in 2016.

A few years back a JatMaadharChodh was arrested for raping a NorthEast girl.

Recently, I saw a GujjarMaadharChodh flaunting an unlincesed pistol in a UP town restaurant and talking loudly.

Now PatidarMaadharChodhs, who are among the most prosperous, want reservs under OBC.

In fact, in the guise of 'Champions for the cause of OBCs' these criminals using reservations are becoming IAS & Class 1 officials, other gov officials, Ministers, Chief Ministers, etc.

First remove the criminals like Yadavs, Gujjars, Ahirs, Jats, Patels, etc from OBC list and then reduce OBC reservations to 20% and only the Most Backwards Classes (MBCs) should get reservations.

the Czars of IT industry.

Must know they are handling a highly sophisticated human species and their welfare is their prime responsibility to plan the checks and balances to reduce the firing tendency.

If they fire a vast number and simultaneously take home huge bonuses and compensation packs it is grossly, morally and criminally incorrect.

They ought to make their ships sturdier to face bad weather efficiently rather than exercise the easy and cruel option of dumping the human cargo into the choppy waves of the ocean.

Sarkari mindset !
by Bharat Kumar on Jun 23, 2017 02:59 PM

The following statement reveals everything!

"In that case, we will not oppose the firing, but they have to first fire the newcomers and keep the old staff"

People want to forget learning, the moment they start earning ! Soon they will forget that they have to hear and listen to the trends, so that they can save themselves and the company. None of that.

Most of the IT companies, unfortunately, are proprietorial and are worried about bureaucratic issues rather than business. Infosys founders are more worried about keeping the toilets clean and governance issues, Tatas would like to get more dividend from TCS and want to buyback the shares. HCL and Wipro, once led by professionals, are known more by their family names than any tech leaders! When Wipro started, I used to confuse Premji with Prem Chopra. Honestly :)

Rights vs Responsibility ??
by Raghavendra Ravi on Jun 23, 2017 02:24 PM  | Hide replies

Every body is thinking of rights !!
They never thought anything when they were getting dollar denominated pay !! Other sectors which involved heavier work were paid less than people in this sector .. did they think about it ??
When you want to utilize circumstances in your favour, you will also have to take the difficulties when circumstances change ..

dollar denominated salaries? That was and is a myth. There are a few viceroy-type NRIs and goras in MNCs who earn a hardship allowances in addition to their global salaries. True in banks as well.

The rest of IT staff are majorly children of bank or government employees or bureaucrats who jumped tracks to earn more than their parents. Period.

Is it any surprise that the true professionals really struggle to find capital support in this environment of hype ? Customers in India are a different kettle of fish altogether - the proprietors and their munimji finance officers still thrive on financing - get loans on which they can skip repayments, evade taxes and enrich themselves. They pride themselves in squeezing a supplier to death. People to supplied anything to the so-called price-breaker of telecom in 2003-4, just need a shoulder. It isn't a surprise that the same company which left the suppliers high and dry is now buying time from the banks to repay 55000 crore loan. Any guesses on which company?
