Quality matters ;quality-matters deserve paramount attention.It is in all Industrial sectors not to one or the other only .If the products do not pass quality requirements one has manufactured “ Rejections” not “Production”.To survive in business we need to learn new sets of requisite skills .but in India what matters for long is Financial Jugglery,CREATIVE ACCOUNTING , Hotel Engineering(this is how- may be sarcastic- one man doing Machine Testing described a particular set of business activity to me when he was showing a machine testing ), Excise evasion. “There is a new normal that is getting established,”says that the old was abnormal remaining established by -------(no one will open out).Who takes care of Industrial Development from the Govt. side.Can they be answerable for the actions taken by them for development.
