What I have seen is professional maid service providers like Life Maid Easy Services Incorporated,Cochin offers decent wages to the maids. Maids in Cochin,works with this companies are benefited in terms of Job security,Financial security and social security.
Its very true that Social Workers are aware about the fact of Domestics Workers and their justice. But what I feel pertinent to inform all Social Workers on Domestic labour is that, through labour we could at least make our India free from begging and addiction to drugs.
But before we look to the domestics workers we should work on children and adults loitering in stations and public place begging and keep them habitat places and provide some sort of job to re-establish India free from begging.
There need Social workers to work upon immediately on this cause and remedy.

Very valid point Sir. We have to also note that most of the MPs & MLAs (in their constituencies)have whole family as Servants where Children also have to work as domestic help. Urban Ministry's 100 Smart Cities will only multiply Child labor by 100 times since more people from Rural areas will migrate to Smart Cities. Any one in the Smart City project listening?
