All foreign companies will tie up with Indian parthers to get a foot hold. Thye invariabley discard the partner once established in India. There are very few exceptions to this. MNC\'s can show their money strength and crush all problems including educationg politicians as Enron.
It is very good that these outlets were closed since what ever kind of food these restaurents serve creates all kinds of diseases since these are not natural food items.

It is very good that these outlets should close forever for any r easons... Let it be legal or any other terms, these MNCs take it granted for our people and do everything possible for their own benefit. All these fast food centres have bad effect on health of people hence it should be closed permanently in one or other way.
Good that deep-fried frozen food selling outlets like McD are closing down, and our next generation will be spared of the poison they are selling in the name of fast food. If the trend of such chains continue, India will be no behind than US in terms of teenage obesity and other problems.

As long as you understand that McD is as bad or worse than indian road side food (in health related terms).
Indian road side food is deep fried, McD is also deep fried. Indian road side food uses fresh ingredients, McD uses frozen ingredients with preservatives in them.
So, McD is like indian road side food made with old frozen ingredients with preservatives. If McD is ok, then that is also ok.

yes , if one takes real indian food then one never falls sick. My age is 64 years and I am diabetic for the last 15 years but I could maintain my blood pressure at 751115 and blood sugar at 85136 and doctors at apollo hospital in Gurgaon in 2011 and Doctors at Fortis Hospital in Bangalore in 2017 could not find even a single defect in any of my organs after checking all of my organs. The reason for this safe health is I am taking the right quality and quantity of food as per my body's requirement for the last 15 years.

There is difference between Indian Street food and Indian Food...
If you eat at MNC brands or Indian street food...U sure going to get sick one day.
But Indian home made or Indian Thali serves all the necessary vitamins and Proteins and carbohydrates and minerals and Iron supplements needed by human body...
