Most unfortunate that more than 50% of shareholders being small holders and from l/suburban are not able to participate in Buy back,mainly due to the latest
cumbersome procedure to route thro your broker through SPL window opened for the buy back.problem brokers discourage small investors by not cooperating.Instead why can't the NSE/BSE/govt revert back to old procedure wherein small holder could directly transfer shares to company's demat ac and send the buyback form by regd post to company.That practice working very good and in best interest of our small holders

When govt on one side moving forward with many innovative ways to make things easier,how it is that buy back of shares is made complicated due to which Majority small holders couldn't participate due to non operation by Brokers
