'Concept of MRP is not present in GST'

It is incorrect to say concept of MRP is not present in GST. MRP is controlled by Legal Metrology Act and is still in existence. GST is subsumed in MRP and hence it is prudent to say, MRP includes GST rather than saying MRP doesn't exist in GST regime.

we are exporter , suppliers are adding gst , so my cost increase , before against h form tax will be nil now this 18% my prices increase or how we take refund

I have mixed stock of Excise First is Excise has been included in the purchase by the seller & the Second is where the seller has shown excise amount separately, in both cases CST has also been charged.

Now please advise how to claim in put rebate in both the cases & how the closing stock list is to be prepared.

Sir, I m an architect and as my turnover was above 10 lacs i used to pay service tax. but now as the slab has increased (i have already migrated for gst)and it seems that this year this will be well below 20 lacs, how i will compute all this?
