Banks must do well to publish the names of Loan-defaulters as that money is public money and with no loanee name told in Public ,it can be that there is no loanee at all and the money is in the bank and used as the bankers deem fit. The country had been well taken for a ride with many numbers ,ratios told with no betterment to common man,The banks and bankers enjoy the Banking system with 9.1%Unrecovered loans having gone up from2.67 to4.76 Lakh crores from 2014-15 to2016-17 half yearly end. People swettiing in Air conditioned rooms in offices must know the swetting when works under the hot sun R.PONNAMBALAM

As per prevailing law Bankers used to furnish particulars about its customers to Tax enforficing authorities and from authorised authories of Govt and for others a court order is a requisite.
