Everywhere there is a demand for skill based jobs only. After the introduction of computers and automation, human interference has reduced, thus job cuts for less skilled or unskilled resources. Rather than protesting one should try to uplift these resources and make them employ friendly.

There are tens of thousands of Gujaratis outside the State. Business in Cities like Bangalore is not run by Kannadigas, but by people from out of the State, many of them from Gujarat. That is fine and is what gives Bangalore its cosmopolitan character. This article attempts to create an atmosphere in Gujarat like the MNS created in Mumbai. We should desist from such negative thoughts.

Go in western countries and you will find gujjus all over the place in good jobs, good business acumen. Donald Trump president elect of USA have hired Raj Shah, a gujju as a Director of Research Director and Communication just yesterday. Go to google and search. Keralaians are only good in working as a laborer in gulf countries. Ramnayak you need to improve your skills and knowledge first and then you can comment on others

This Ramvinayak, Gujjus dont need to tell the world about their qualities. Gujjus has always played an important for the nation be it Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel etc during freedom struggle or Like Modi the Current Prime Minister who come from a very humble family background but with the trust , confidence and with of the majority of the voters,he has come to the power at the centre with an absolute majority. If you dont have any knowledge of how many non Gujarati people were working under Modi as CM of Gujarat, better keep quiet instead of writing nonsense as usual.

Gujjus are poorly skilled..That is why 2 lac Mallus are working and finding jobs in Gujarat,and Gujjus are not getting Job...The village Education system is the worst of its kind in India..When Modi Became Chief minister for the first time in 2001,12 of the 18 of his personel were Mallus who were from Kerala..it was widely reported in Media that time..Even Vibrant Gujart idea was also given by a Mallu IAS officer...One question How Many Gujjus pass Civil service exam every year? one or two?
Dont talk about the Gujjus of US or UK..talk about locals in Gujarat..

Between 2002-2006,12 people who worked as pesrsonel staff were Keralites.which were widely reported in Kerala.
May be Gujarthis are good in UK and US...But pporly skilled in India.Look how much blundres Urjit patel committed in last 120 days?
It was a Keralite Varhgese Kurian who started AMUL and created lacs of jobs in Gujarat..

You have only one Kurian Verghese but if you count name of Gujaratis and their achievements starting from Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel to Modi, you will get tired of counting their name.
