By his very nature, the FM has been known to give some concessions but insert some roadblock or hitch somewhere to make the entire scheme unattractive. There is no reason to believe he will be any different this time.

North builds expressways for FII and FDI, etc. with speed breakers, rumblers and check posts every five km.
