US does not produce enough STEM graduates so Indian IT companies can hire local high school graduates at minimum wage of $9 per hour and give them programming training for 6 month. that way they can maintain their profits as they would make using Indian Engineers.
The american ony they started the globlisation mantra now they are turning back again by securing their jobs for localisation it means they are affride about the competation by Indians?

They cannot work for the half wages that Indian immigrants are always ready to accept.
American citizens, mainly white people, are used to a much higher living standard. That is why US and Indian companies employ immigrants ready to work for half wages.

don't hire americans dont send indians watch for 10 days take a winning call or hike all contracts offer very low salaries
If the general understanding is that the reason why IT companies in INDIA seek H1B visa is that the finishing touches are to be given under the supervision of the customer because of some mistake in execution on the part of indian company,or some late realisation of the customer at the last minute or both decide that some changes, improvements will make the product better.This effort needs a very common working hours between the vendor and the customer.In cases even for drafting the specification based on existing resources,also may demand the customer and vendor sit in the same table to exchanges thoughts so that vague ideas get converted into final spec,and this needs the intellect of the indian engineer at site, face to face for few or many hours face to face to evolve the idea .Now such an interaction may not be as much comfortable as it would be on a face to face discussion because a fluid idea needs to be solidified rather immediately on the flow.Hence USA or any other client would need india engineers at their place.Reducing H1B visa is bad for both
Pakistan says it does not require a H1B visa to enter India and people just use a tunnel to enter India as putting a fence by Modi has made it easy to enter India. Also Modi has announced we will not be the first to fire a bullet to Pakistanis entering India using the H1 B visa tunnels made at the border and will also not fire the last bullet after they have successfully entered India.
This is good news for Pakistanis entering India through the H1B tunnels at the border areas who have copied the new 2000 Modi new currency and come loaded with the new cash required by Indians who lost their money.
While Modi collected all the fake notes and charged huge income tax to Indians Pakistan had almost pumped in 10 lakh crores of fake currency which was willingly taken as deposits by Banks and again Pakistan will become rich printing new 2000 Modi currency.
So double bonus for Pakistan getting rid of old Indian notes and getting new 2000 rupees modi notes in exchange
