For rural development,the Govt needs to do 2 things? 1)Presently there is no course of study purely for rural development.They need to start one immediately in each state.It can be 10 3 diploma or 12 4 degree,covering all aspects of rural requirements,including marketing and exports. 2)They need to set up large cooperatives to protect the interests of the small farmers and workers. I have drawn out detailed plans for all this.If the CG/SG wants,i am willing to give it free of cost.
In BJP congress fight people losing their fight for democracy day by day. In India people losing hope in democracy. BJP making world record in winning election & Congress making world record in losing election but people agenda not getting listen by Government only people crying everything is script in advance what role media has to play to benefit BJP in election & what role election commission has to play to favor BJP only BJP will win election now people in India started to believe democracy is finished in India is danger for India. BJP has lot of black money to bear expense in any election compared to other party. To whom people should raise their demand people confused only crying in worst situation in BJP government is the reality. Congress will be solution not sure because when any party comes in Government changed their agenda start working in their way not listen to people is people experience only some government listen in some way but BJP Government is totally ignoring people problem not listening to people problem in the name of development is not development is disaster for people . Any government must focus on GDP growth & human development in various sector is only development only GDP growth cannot be called development is misused of people property , money everything by Government & corporate in the name of development.
If everything will be taken by Government & corporate people left to die in the name of development is not development GDP growth without Human development has no meaning only misuse of Government by Corporate to cheat people is not development only disaster for people cannot be called development in India. Situation is worst in many state people crying no one listening day by day situation going out of hand from people to survive cannot be called development in any sense. At least Government must focus GDP growth along with Human development in various sector is real development Government need to change their approach toward development will be real development in India.
Lack of employment opportunity is the core criteria of backwardness. Such districts need to be shielded from political executives at the top. Senior state and central bureaucrats should finalize customized and sustainable plan for each district with least carbon footprint and maximum recycling of waste. The govt money to be put in should be at least partly recovered from the assets produced.
Listening only two words Kisan and poor-except govt. servants and politicians themselves-no one is looked after by govt. judiciously. Today both are enjoying Maharaja like perqs. including DA linked pension at tax payers cost.

Hindu religion is 10000 years old.. it is shame for each Hindu ... Who have ruled India... and exploited them... why only 70years... they are poor for 10000 years
