Yes we can catch up and even surpass if we make our own Products ourselves discouraging imports, Foreign collaboration besides banning total imports of dumped goods of Poor quality from China on which India is strengthening Enemy China to develop at Indian Cost of Economy!
Because we have so called Democracy where politicians are ruling and looting law and order is only for common people. politicians are above law and order in China there is law and order for everybody if politicians do corruption over there they are charged
