Unwarranted flogging of India
by karunasagar Dheram on Aug 30, 2017 10:02 AM

Rediff once again shows how far it can go in anti-india campaign. Indians are by nature very hard working, take very few days off as opposed to the American employees who think a 41/2 day week is already too tough on them. It has been time and again surveyed that whichever schools in US have large Indian and Chines origin students, natives fear sending their wards as they can't dare compare against these children. Hollow complaints and an inbuilt superior complex of the white skinned!

Americans have No Idea - This is ery Common in India
by Yenoley on Aug 30, 2017 03:30 AM

Almost every Private Company in India has this type of Policy for Indian Employees - We are Discriminated based on the Number of Softwares that we know and we are treated like Disposables & Tissue Paper in Our Employment zones.

There is No Job Guarantee, Nor a Salary which matches Current Indian Economy Standards, or Global standards.

Infosys employee hopefuls in India who are ignorant about the matter, Infosys is as bound by the statutes of US company law and the Securities Exchange Commission as by those of the Companies Act and the SEBI.

Moreover, Infosys is listed on the Dow Jones and has built its capital partly through the issue of ADRs (American Depository Receipts).

Class action law suits in the US will proceed and conclude strictly on the basis of evidences presented by the two sides and if the evidences Mr Green was referring to are strong enough, Infosys will end up paying through its nose to seek an honourable exit !

Moreover, it will immediately lead to a stop or steep reduction in immigration of cheap professionals from India as well as very likely lead to at least a temporary loss of high value clients.

The first law suite of misusing B- visa was managed by Murthy when kamath was appointed as Chairman,a move that was just to get out of mess.Sikka was hired by him & insulted for not toeing his style of management shows the cultural dichotomy in largest SW company of India.
