So is this proliferation of creches, a by-product of the modern living. It may sound unacceptable to many. However, a new trend always emerges with a new order whether one likes it or not.
What will happen to the efficiency of the female staff whose children are put up in the creches attached to the offices/factories? Will it not suffer heavily if the woman's attention gets constantly getting divided between her desk and her offspring in the creche.
