Do not use technology per se but rather its convergence.Adopt countries and not companies for instant language barrier removal.Rest will be easy for you

Good days are over...
by Prakash Mudholkar on Aug 27, 2017 12:15 PM

Good days are over for all Indian IT companies. Nilekani cannot do anything but go on buying and acquiring foreign companies just to make Infy grow.

Founds influence will be strong when others are incompetent
by chakr on Aug 27, 2017 10:08 AM

Founds influence will be strong when others are incompetent. The day when they realize that they are running an IT company, they will add better governance to it. I do not understand the idea of taking people in board who are hardly associated with it. No IT company can be run on quarterly basis.

Infosys: Instead of importing, home growns will serve better
by saral mitra on Aug 26, 2017 06:45 PM

Through Governance, please produce home-grown CEOs & CFOs over years to look after INFY. Importing persons from outside will breed only chaos. Own mother can look after the baby better than hired ayas.

Infosys and vishal sikka
by KARAN on Aug 26, 2017 10:31 AM  | Hide replies

Even if Vishal sikka stepped out of the invisble lines of founders perceived line of corporate governance, was it right to wash the dirty linen in public as if the out cry was to save some dying creatures. With all the riches the people concenrned have in their pockets, these have behaved like men fighting for their next meal ,forgetting the vast reserves of space and time at their command to deal with the situation like educated people. While as a common man I donot understand the fine lines of right and wrong of this coroeate governence ,one can say the infosys board,Narayanamurthy and Vishal sikka must have acted in a matured way of agreeing to disagree with out this getting drama payed out in the public space.

You just go through the board of Infosys and list of their key men. It could be difficult for any new people to work with their team and their culture.and still you will expect a miracle from the people like Sikka. Let us see what Nilkeni and Moorty will do in future. Nilkani want to become only " Non Executive Chairman" and not executive Chairman to avoid responsibilities and accountabilities. If something they achieve positive, he will take the credit without his full time involvement and if not he will blame others.
