The new CEO has removed cab services from Wipro Technologies. Buying and acquiring foreign based companies is not a solution to make a company grow. There also, these people will fill substandard and technically incompetent Indians for cheap labor.
Mr.Premji did a good thing in appointing Neemuchwala rather than importing administrators from those 2 communities from south India who are good enough to cut down expenses and introduce labor reforms. In addition to that if they are given an opportunity they will convert the company into a community driven enterprise. Any organization that believes in innovation, creativity, diversity and globalization should not appoint people from those 2 self centered communities from south India. They are good enough to work in service companies.
