FACT that Mr Murthy made inappropriate demand
by Rajiv Sharma on Aug 18, 2017 09:22 PM

Prove that Mr Murthy made such inappropriate demands. A FACT is considered a FACT when it is placed on record with proof. Otherwise it is allegation - hope the distinguished board members of infosys understand this

The Infosys Board members should know that the reputation of all of them put together would fall short of the reputation of Narayan Murthy

IT is the considered opinion of Founder Directors, about the current style of proffessionlism at Infy not in the long term interest of the stake holders. IT is high time Shri Moorthy, Kris are in the Board. The current situation in stock market need not be taken seriously. This will correct up doubly when these Founders are in the Board and in the decision making process.

investigation by world class law firms
by Rajiv Sharma on Aug 18, 2017 09:16 PM

Interesting to note that world class law firms, hired by Infosys, investigated Infosys and gave clean chit to Infosys.
Recall Satyam audits done by world class auditors- PwC. The end result is known to everyone.
