investigation by world class law firms
by Rajiv Sharma on Aug 18, 2017 09:15 PM

Interesting to note that world class law firms, hired by Infosys, investigated Infosys and gave clean chit to Infosys.
Recall Satyam audits done by world class auditors- PwC. The end result is known to everyone.

Resignation of Sri Vishal Sikka
by laxmandamodar on Aug 18, 2017 02:49 PM

When there is no wrong doing at Infosys , Sri Sikka should not have resigned and filed a defamation suit against Sri Murty

The Board is not doing correct by attributing everything to the Founder of Infosys.

It appears that the present set of Team members have not been respecting Sri Murty and hurt his ego.

Is Mr.Sikka and the board honest
by GP Naik on Aug 18, 2017 02:09 PM  | Hide replies

Mr.Sikka was honest, he could have defended himself rather than resigning. Media houses are not owned by Mr.Narayana Murthy. If he has gone to media, what did prevent the infosys board to give clarification to the media. Whether the acquisition of new company or executive remuneration, the board could have clarified to the members, media and to the public with correct facts. Honest people have nothing to be afraid of in a professionally managed company like Infosys. Narayana Murthy is a humble and learned person, who will not suspect fire without noticing the smoke.
