Last booking through OYO I really having a bitter experience in Puri.
This is my first booking through OYO.
I really mesmerized of getting a room booked through OYO first time for my family trip to PURI but when I reached the destination and the hospitality I received my entire views towards OYO got abolished.
I don't feel OYO is doing business professionally as per my point of view. Hope OYO will think about their customer better in near future to exist in this competitive market
