A lot can be done to curb the menace of black money. But no government till today has been serious to eradicate it. All parties need black money to win elections, the present one is no exception but rather appears to have broken the previous records. Land & Gold are the two means of black money that needs instant monitoring and curb. But unfortunately this govt. also does not have the will to do it, rather it is just playing on rhetorics like demontisation which was a complete failure.
PM will not able to control black money menace unless he introduces Agricultural Income Tax giving exemptions to small farmers. Some politicians are earning crores of rupees Tax free income on less than 10 acres of land and putting that money in elections.
No Govt. office is above board. If a Mr.Justice was told that he had not entered into the process and so are------, the Govt. offices.Govt. office do not allow entry into process of administration FOR ANYTHING by not giving acknowledgement of anything received by that office and BY refusing to give the duplicate signed.If that is accepted people can refuse to give tax also. The Govt.'S process and steps have to be document- based not oralLY aired..If THE GOVT. OFFICES FAKE WORK WITHOUT THEM ENTERING INTO THE PROCEDURE-PROCESS OF ADMINIsTRATION THE MiNISTERS RIGHT UPTO P.M. ARE RESPONSIBLE AND TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. THAT IS THE BASIC FLAW OF THE GOVT. Put an end to the contract& commission culture.Let the Govt. offers get work done AND GET PAID R.PONNAMBALAM

Government departments and ministers does not acknowledge nor reply to complaints and suggestions as if they not bound by law. To bring accountability PM should pass and Right to Receive Acknowledgement and Reply Act to make Government servants accountable to public.
PM along with FM wanted to control people with tax terror regime, without making first govt. servants accountable, both have failed in their mission. Urgent need is to change service condition of govt. servants which gives them guarantee to serve upto the age of 60, till like private sector fear psychosis is not created that they can be retired early on non performance or suspect corruption or unfit condition, things will not improve in desired manner. Modi is not dare enough to control first in house at grass root level who come to public contact, rather every political party has tried to purchase them by way of more and more perqs. today at grass root level their perqs. are 250% of carry home salary and have become permanent liability on tax payers. As such no one wants privatization and for even peon job in govt thousands of application, as a peon cost to govt. Rs.60000 p.m. whereas in private sector maximum salary at such position get Rs.15000 p.m.
