First thing for IR is to improve the punctuality of operations. A train getting delayed by hours is harassment of its passengers. The stinking toilets, poor quality of food,... the list is endless. Prabhu ji, first thing first.

Aslamji, first thing first. First money is need to improve toilets, quality of food, train punctuality by easing traffic (third line) etc. Without money no improvement possible. On good track Prbhuji.
